Welcome to La Folie de Cravent, a renovated stone farmhouse in a chic and rustic style. Located near Pacy-sur-Eure and Giverny and only 45 minutes from Paris, this house is ideal for business or leisure stays.

The property consists of a main house and its outbuilding.

On the ground floor of the main house, you will find a reception area of 70m² including a living room with a fireplace, 3 sofas, and a 65" 4K OLED TV with decoder and Apple TV; ideal for showcasing your professional presentations or brainstorming sessions; a dining room with a large wooden table for 12/14 people and a game area with foosball and darts. A whiteboard/paperboard is also available for your seminars.

The large kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, a microwave, all the necessary equipment to prepare good meals, a dishwasher, and a large American fridge/freezer. An adjoining back kitchen has a washing machine, a dryer, an air fryer, and a blender.

2 toilets are accessible on the ground floor.

Upstairs, there is 1 master suite with a 180cm bed, a 55" 4K TV, and private bathroom, 2 double bedrooms with 160cm beds, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds of 100cm that can be combined into a king-size bed of 200cm, a second large bathroom with a shower and a bathtub, and 1 separate toilet.

The outbuilding consists of 2 double bedrooms with 160cm beds (one accessible on the ground floor with a 55" 4K TV), 1 room with bunk beds of 90cm (the top bunk can accommodate only one person up to 65kg), 1 bathroom with toilet on the ground floor and a large hammam for 4/5 people.

Enjoy meals outdoors on the terrace with its large table for 12 people and its Weber barbecue.

Relax on the sun loungers around the heated pool of 9.5m (open from May to mid-October).

Play cards, read, or enjoy a drink around our table in the shade of our centenary oak tree in the garden.

The Wi-Fi network with very high-speed fiber connection covers the entire house and garden.

The house is equipped with a Sonos speaker system, allowing you to listen to music in most rooms.

Accessibility is made easy by an automatic gate, with four parking spaces available inside the property to accommodate your teams or clients.
